Thanks Nick and John :D
Yes there is a nice space to work with in the Turret.
It surprised me with the weight of the back rack, with the 12
rounds clamped in.
Makes you appreciate how little space the loader had to do
his job.
Cheers
Phil

Great detail inside that turret - it seems such a shame for it all to be hidden away.

> Makes you appreciate how little space the loader had to do his job.

I've often wondered what would happen if the loader slammed a round into the breech itself, rather than the aperture. I presume the rounds are activated by the firing ?

Adrian.

Hi Nick
I have another figure who looks real mean in the face,so I might
choose him for my commander :)
I was just trying out the editing the size of the pics and it surprised me to
find out my orriginal pictures were 4000 X 3000 so I altered the width to 750.
I right clicked on the photo and chose edit which went to Paint so that was easy and
I also found out you can edit your photo size inside Photobucket which then means it
is possible to alter your exsisting picctures.
But that would be quite a time consuming job to resize all pics and then edit your
postings for the pics that have been chopped.
Wait to see what the future brings me thinks.
Those Relay switches come with a good little instruction and the terminals are well
marked, but if you need a simple diagram when you come to connect up,I can do one.
Cheers
Phil

Hello Phil, excellent tank crew...looking good. No building on the patio...much to cold?
Have started on the Motion/Sound etc,.
I am enjoying the Panther /Jagd build, as someone said it is so much easier when you are on your second tank.

Best wishes...Mick

you are doing well with your Panther,I have forgoten how wide your trailer is,
will you get one each side or one behind the other?

Great looking crew. I had an idea for display of the interior turret detail. Might work well for static displays at shows. How about a clear perspex roof. Shame to hide that excellent work.

Thanks John
Yes a clear roof would be great for a static display.
My photo's so far looking through the hatches dont do it justice without
a decent amout of light inside for the camera.
Just looking through those big hatches in dalight you can see all arround the
walls,so it will only be the crew in the way.
They will have their seats to stand on so will come out on command, providing
there are not too many Heavy Panzers out hunting :)

Phil

Hello Phil, I bet you don't know what to do with your time...while awaiting the motion/sound packs.

My build is more for my own enjoyment....could do with another trailer though. :D

best wishes...Mick

Hi Mick,
I've done a bit more detail painting on the T34-85.
But I decided the holiday is ideal time to spend finishing my
Bell UH1 Helicopter,its very near 1/6 scale
With the Centurion coming out and Ray saying he is already planning
his RAAC Vietnam Centurian,I thought they may need some suport.

Maiden flight was yesterday and decided to give the neighbours another treat
for Easter Sunday :)
It sounds quite realastic with the air from the Rotor moving over the body,
comparing it to the characteristic UH1 sound. :D

Phil
