A little more progress with a couple of important tips for the new builders. Please note, these are my own personal preferred methods of construction and may not be endorsed by Armortek.
Mike, where did you get the gucci bumpers

The track rope and associated rant! Come on FOA this is just not exceptable, I don't like naming and shaming but you guys have good products, very good but please get it right!

I ordered the same FOA kit. Had even more problems. It sucks. :-/

Hi Marco, it gets you down doesn't, we try very hard and pay up on time and they fail to come up with the goods in good order. Maybe this call out will prompt them to get their arses in gear! As I said the products are very good the service is not.
Anyway on a more positive note, I have worked my arse off painting and weathering the FOA late tiger 1 interior today which I am overall very pleased with but it sure has been a lot of work. Here's a taster for tomorrows post.

Phil, I notice also, what the late, sadly missed Mike Stannard made from brass is now cast in white metal; no where near as robust. It would take MS an age to turn sround an order, but it was top notch when you received it. We're lucky though, there's still a few quality after market suppliers this side of the pond.

I don't want to sound disrespectful, but it seems to me that many parts of the details of the inner turret are not very faithful to the original. Many things seem to have been done without having seen how they were made in reality. It's a shame considering the cost. I do not want to dwell on the qualitative aspect, I have already expressed my opinion in the past. A little more study is enough before producing the wrong things, the production cost would be the same.

Now there may be some intention lost in translation here, so forgive me if I seem a bit touchy in my defence but probably best you send comments like that by PM Ivano or we might fall out, I am doing the best I can with what we have, the parts from FOA are all we have and the info from the internet is vague to say the least! The interior kit from FOA is for the late example
Now you be respectfully ( now Mr Wiik is seldom respectful but we are used to that) and send your concerns to me via PM ...I thank you.

Phil the interior looks awesome! don’t worry if some rivet counters have criticism because some people are never pleased.

Phil, I wasn't referring to your fantastic job.
I was referring to the production of FOA.

I hope it is clear to everyone that I do not want to criticize anyone's work. That of Phill is an exceptional job, what I wanted to say is the fact that many accessories cost a folly (we must also add customs costs), they do not reflect the reality of the photos and the quality is often poor. I don't seem to be the only one to think so. I hope you understood and I apologize to Phil, I absolutely didn't want to offend him.

I think Ivano's being politely lost in translation.
All the right places but not necessary all the right parts.
I think the Tiger looks excellent.
