These brackets run along the join between the hull side and the pannier floor, in a similar way to the Tiger.

Thank you Adrian, I have already fitted my hull rivets...then I spotted your rivets holding a bracket. Thought I have made a mistake and missed a part.
I have ordered my locknuts ....Mick.
