With just two weeks to go to the event, I am now in the process of preparing packs with information and passes to send out to everyone who is on my list. If you wish to join us but have not contacted us, please do so as soon as possible so that I can add you! (Please see details earlier in this post for the information needed, thank you.) We have had a great response and it is undoubtedly going to be the largest gathering of Armortek customers and models to date!

Final details are being sorted with the museum and Mark and I will be visiting next week to do the final planning. The Tank Museum have also kindly confirmed that in addition to the 10% discount in the restaurant, they are also giving all Armortek customers a 10% discount voucher for purchases over £10 in the shop on the Saturday.

I will post here again once all packs have been sent out so that you know when to expect them.

In addition to preparing for the event we are have also been very busy finalising the King Tiger packing and will advise those who have ordered on their status, directly, as soon as possible. With all of this happening, and our busiest sales period ever, my e-mail 'in box' has hit an all time high and my sincere apologies to all for any delays. All e-mails will be answered as soon as possible and I thank you for your continued patience.

Thanks Martin

Will add you to the list. Good point about the frequency! I was assuming all were now on 2.4 Ghz. If anyone who is not, can post here with their frequency and if there are any clashes, please meet up with each other on the day to arrange separate running slots.

thanks

We have just returned today from a meeting at the museum and all is looking good for the event next weekend.
Re charging there are some sockets within the hall that can be used. We have a lot of models coming however and access to these will have to be shared, but should be adequate for the day. We have started to send out packs to all who have said they are coming and they should start arriving with you from tomorrow. We will continue to send these over the next few days. Bob, you have been added to the list, Gary you are already on the list. If anyone has not emailed us to say they are coming please do so by Friday this week (20th) as we need to give the museum
final numbers. It has been confirmed that there will four workshop tours, two am and two pm. For health and safety reasons these will be limited to 15 people per tour so a total of 60 people. As this is more than the numbers attending tickets will be issued on the day on a first come first served basis with priority given initially to those bringing models.

We will continue to update you over the next week.
