Hallo to all,
Here are some results from the "Werkstatte" this weekend.
All the axels are now fixed so they can come lose.

After one houer all is fixhed thogether.
Also the ball/bearings for the turret are plased and working verry fine.

You must bore the holes not more than 5 mm outside the ring!!!!

It's asome too see rotate the turret so smoothley.
Thats all folks, cheers Gerrit.

Hallo to all,
Here are some results from the last weeks.
First I make a controle panel.

Left side the 24V= installlation and refule oilsmoker.

Right side is for the 12V= installation.

Also I make a tracklink houlder and I am verry pleased with the result.

After good looking into the books I found a solution about the montage from the end-caps sprockedwheels.

I used a M5 bold and make into the head a M3 hole for the conehead.

See for the detail picture.

Now a starded with montage from wheels and this take some time.
I now my English is not so good sorry about that.
Kind regards Gerrit.

Hello Gerrit,
Like your ball bearings setting. Very nice. I'm going to do the same thing on my KT.
What is the diameter of the hole bored for the bearing? What kind of glue was used?
Thanks in advance.

Hallo Lerh Chang,
The diameter you must bore are 12,5mm and I used Locktite 495.
Good luck and you will see that is amazing how it runs.
Kind regards Gerrit.

Hi Gerrit
Your Tiger is looking excellent. I like your very clean and simple control/power switches and charging point. First class work.
Bob-That book is an excellent one for Tiger builds.
All the best
Tim
