Hi Steven . The new Mid tiger will be a Dream kit to build ,as will the comet ... The king tiger has been a straight forward build . I've only added some detail parts . The good thing about Mark is he takes on board . owners ideas and thought's to improve each kit . It's a win win for all of us ... Steven just wait until that day comes when those big box's turn up and you start to pull the parts out and go through them it's the best . When My kits turn up , I wait until I have my next day off to open them up and check every thing out !!! lots of coffee and smiles ... just like being a kid again . It's the best day .... Dale

Thanks to everyone who responded, that's put my mind at rest.

I'm now looking forward to recieving my Tiger in the next 28 days. I just need to break the news to the wife, that should be fun .

Hi Steve,
Now I can answer your original question about "hurt" with a sold, "YES"

Seriously, you will not be disappointed with the kit. My Panther was built with only hand tools. Just take your time and follow the instructions on the suspension in particular.

well Steve my parcels arrived this morning and my 'workshop'
doesnt possess a lathe or a pedestal drill.

I hope you present a bunch of flowers when you have informed the gaffer regards your purchase

Just spent a couple of hours checking over the contents- it brought back childhood memories of opening presents at Xmas.
Diving (metaphorically) into a box to see its contents.
All i have to do now is to set out a build plan and also think about
the electric motion option at an early stage of the exercise.

Things to expect to hear are:
1 With that kind of money we could do that home improvement we've been dreaming about.
2 We could go somewhere (in this case meaning somewhere where the sun shines and someone else does the cooking - not the garage).

My way of dealing with it has been to set highest speed with finishing the sauna build and tidying up the garage. I don't want to do that when the parcels have arrived anyway. Anything that could be done on the home without consuming money would probably be a good idea at this point, while you're waiting.

Thanks for the good advise, I'll make sure I have the flowers at hand when I break the news.

Its her 40th birthday in May, so she's had a new mini purchased this year and I've booked a trip to New York for us both, but I sure this will all be instantly forotten as soon as I mention the Tiger. Doing some of those jobs around the house sounds like a good idea.

I got my mid tiger 1 on friday 23 April, four boxes total with lots of parts 1639 total. I have the serial nr 20. I started yesterday on building the tank.

Well I received 3 out 4 boxes from UPS today. Sadly, I did not get the big box so no serial number until Monday. I must say that I was shocked at how big these parts are in my hand. The quality is exceptional and the packaging is outstanding.
I also received Mike's stuff too ans I am almost ready to go.
