Well, would you believe it......my son and his partner are arriving tomorrow, for a weekend visit. Consequently, I am 'instructed' to clear the second bedroom.....you know, the one that holds all my tank bits.......women

Only joking!!!!!

Thank you for your replies Phil and John. The problems arise when I try to move my tank bits back into the spare bedroom, having cleared it.
Slowly making progress on the Jag'd. I am trying to add as many bits and bobs as I go along. These are the bump stops on the rear deck

Hi Michael
I have a room just like yours mine has been renamed and is now known as dad`s study or the library.
For me this works very well as you have to be a member to enter no girls allowed unless they are bringing gifts (cup of tea and a biscuit ) and the only members are my 4 year old grandson Shorty and myself heaven.
Try telling this to your dear wife but ensure you stay out of range of her throwing arm lol.
I have very much enjoyed following your build posts thank you for all the photos.
Good luck with the move.
All the very best
Steve

Hello Steve, and thank you for your post. Life is a compromise in our home.....after fifty six years there is no other way.....fun....stress.....fun......stress, and so on.
I have agreed to remain in the 'third bedroom', I think this is a successful outcome......or not, we will see how things go.
It looks like you have a fine arrangement Steve. Best wishes, Mick.
I think I am turning into 'Alice' in Wonderland..........my room is getting smaller

Having a go at modelling the drivers periscope from brass. I will solder the top/sides to the lower plate......then shape a piece of perspex for the scope.....
