Here is my oil cooler design. The radiator fins are 804 brass washers (diameter 6 mm, thickness 0,5 mm).
I see no other choice.

Frank, that's a lot of work. Have you considered using threaded rod? You could enhance the depth of the threads on a lathe. I would think that using washers would present the problem of making sure each was true and evenly spaced. Any irregularity would look very obvious. Either way, your model is superb. Congratulations.

Or maybe acme or square profile threaded rod.

As acme threaded rod of 6mm diameter (or 0.25 inches) might be hard to get, another idea would be to 3D print short sections of the cooler with a hole in the middle.
Glue them together with a metal rod in the middle hole for support.

Many thanks for you answers. A threaded rod is a little bit to rough for me. When I see pitures fro the original I believe that the fins are max. 1mm thick => in 1/6 = 0,16 mm.
So I will try the solution with the washers.

Sascha have maybe a solution for the radiators wiht a resin printer.
The next item are the exauster pipes. I believe than is the engine mostly ready, except the compartment and the aux. engine.
Today the pipes from the scavenge pump to the oil cooler.

Here you can see, how I make my rivets. I need only a syringe with withe wood glue. For me the result is not to bad.
It was not easy to build both fule tanks - it needs many rework.
