Think I have spent enought time on the commanders chair. Upholstered in leather with padding.

Hello John.....your detail work is superb, I am following your build with great interest.
You really must remove that very 'strange' look from your tankers face.
Best wishes...Mick.

Re: John's Late Tiger 1
He does have a weird worried look on his face. Looks like he's on the toilet. They must have based it on a photo from the trial. The tiger is not for him. Someday he might get a King Tiger. Nick, I was thinking of making s full size one.
Lower seat puts figure in perfect position for the periscopes. Sitting on the upper seat puts him in a fairly low position looking out head and shoulders above the cupola. I think looking at some of the photos the commanders are standing on the lower. Seat. I might see if I can fit the loaders seat also. Depends if it interfers with the blank firer and elevation motor.

Re: John's Late Tiger 1
I have started work on the internal framework for hanging equipment. Loosely based on David Byrdens details. Some items for the late tiger are a bit sketchy and the Samur tiger had nothing on the walls. I am basing this one on the locations mentioned for the 40mm roof version. Please allow for a little artistic license. Equipment rack are just placed at present. Not yet secured as I need to add some latches and decals.
Quite a lot of parts still to make such as MG parts box, vision block holders, prism holder junction boxes. Decals to be made up. I have a friend who will make up decals and intends to produce scale high quality decal sets to order. Any vehicle numbers and unit markings. I will post details soon.

Re: John's Late Tiger 1
Nick, I hope they don't come in sets, making one of these seats is enough. Complicated piece. I would like to add the loaders seat if there is space. I have a small camera with a 360 degree lens. Might get some interesting photos with that. Interior detail should work well with the panzer IV since no blank firer and the side hatches will allow a view.
Yves , I love the engine details in your tanks. I will have the forward detail. It will be quite cramped in the rear and I wouldn't have the nerve to chop those engines the way you do. Hope to see them up close some time.
