Phil,
She's looking all business now. The details you have added are really paying off. Looks excellent with tracks on! Keep up the great work. I am enjoying your progress.
Best regards,
Bob

Re: T34/85 25th Guards Brigade No 234a
Hello Phil, I am following your T34 build with great interest.
I am thinking of investing in a spray gun, suitable for these models. I have searched in vain for the type you use.
Can you provide details, gun, air presure reservior, and any other equipment etc,.
I have now completed the working searchlight, wheel nuts, pannier stays and other bits on my Comet.
Best wishes....Mick

Hi Mick
Glad you are enjoying doing a bit more to your Comet.
I use the following webb site,I found them and stuck with them because of
the service and delivery.
http://www.airbrushes.com
I bought the Sprint Jet Mini Air compressor, max 80 psi I work at between 20 and 35 psi,it
depends on how much you thin the paint.
I have 2 Air brushes
First one I bought was the Iwata Revolution BCR,it uses a little bottle for the paint
underneith the brush.
Later I added the Iwata Revolution CR which has a medium size cup on top and I have
a smaller nossle in that one.
Its great for detail and dust effects etc.
Plenty of playing arround spraying on bits of tin to practice and see what it does.
I only ever spray acrylics, nice and easy to clean with water and cleaner.
They sell all the stuff like cleaner, thinners paint, cleaning brushes etc,I use the
Lifecolour Range of paint.
Post some pics on your Comet posting as you go allong.
Cheers

Re: T34/85 25th Guards Brigade No 234a
Ok Phil, thanks for the advice...I will check all options before I buy.
I would like to be able to add paint details, with a long 'Winter' period ahead I need further interests.
I will take some photo's of my Comet, although most Comets on the Forum have these details already in place.
I must admit.....when I am alone, ( wife at the Day Centre ) I have this little secret vice......I turn the sound system on my Comet up to it's loudest limit.....start the engine.......and make the walls shake.
Yes Phil, The tank is garaged in the dinning room, warm and dry.
The main gun echo's around the bungalow....I also run the smoker.....and then have to open all the windows , to clear the air....
Anyway, thanks again, best wishes, Mick
