Great to see you back in action Dave.

Thankfully my main drive gears both went in without issue, but I did have another issue with one of them.

One of my main gears had a big burr in the very middle of the reverse side (other side to the spoke with the key slot). I didnt notice it or think about it until I was bolting the casing to the chassis, but my gear barely moved so I then filed it off. It was all already loctited so it was a bit of a pain, which is why I mention it now.

Thanks Neil! I did notice that the back side of the gear was not completely flat so I did remove that before putting them in. I don't have the means to turn metal on a lather but I took my bench grinder with a polishing wheel to it and was able to get it to go in. It must have had a small burr on it that I couldn't/didn't notice. Mounting them on the tank, the left side still rubs on the brass spacer so I'll need to attend to that but that should be an easy fix.
