Thanks John
Yes you are right, butI think after a bit more painting and a few more little parts, she
will be heading outside, probably this bank holiday coming up,I will need some help to
turn the lifting table on the carpet,to point her towards the patio door
Cheers

well done phil, you built this relativly in a short time and it looks very effective,it takes a lot of input from start to finish, a nice addition to the collection, regards simon manning.

Hi Phil
Great looking KT, reminds me of the washed out winter look
I did on my first issue panther.
I have one question though.....how the blazes do you get away with a
tank build in the lounge...top marks for that.

Re: Tiger Ausf B,s.H.Pz.Abt 509 Hungary 1945
Hi Derek
Thanks for that.
I haven't seen your Panther is it on this forum or the old on?
I had only seen Pauls so I thought I would have a go at joining the winter club.
The lounge build is no problem,I live on my own so no arguments
Cheers

Should I build my KT in the lounge instead of the garage, I will be living in the garage instead of the lounge...

Re: Tiger Ausf B,s.H.Pz.Abt 509 Hungary 1945
Hi Chang
I am lucky I have a little log cabin in the garden so I cover the furnature up and
with the Tiger I built the Hull in the cabin and doing the heavy spraying and any
filing or grinding in the garage.
Then I moved the hull into the lounge and the Turret was built in the cabin.
I just used an air brush in the cabin and only dry or wet brushing in the lounge.
Did very little drilling in the lounge and if I did I just put extra covers
down.
I have heard that you get nice hot weather in Australia so I bet it would be very
hot in the garage.
Do a bit of both and as much as you can on a table out in the garden with a crate
of Fosters
Cheers
