Nearly finished, all of the building done, I just need to tidy up all the wiring, as I have circuits running on 24v-12v-6v and 3volts, and start on the painting, the turret bin worked out well and just gives a bit more detail to the back end, the figures need the waffenfarbe changing to pink, and to have totenkopf on the lapels
this is how far I got today

Magnificent Jeff - work of art with the Rommelkiste. And you build so quickly.

Mind sharing the names of your crew? I've only found one DAK panzer bloke, Herr Lerner. I don't recognise them, are the clothes from Dragon?

All the best.

Stephen

Hi Stephen, the crew have been put together, the commander is a spearhead figure I bought from Clive, and the other one is a Dragon figure I had, I found the DAK uniforms on Ebay in Hong Kong

Hi Simon, what plans  I did not even measure it, you know me if it looks right it most probably is, and you can give yourself a headache by thinking to much

This was one of those not so little jobs I had been contemplating, so this week end I hand filed 210 track link horns, they are not 100%, but the result is so visual that it was worth the effort

Hi Jeffrey,

The turret on your Panzer III is extremely good, very impressed! I hope you are going to take it to the Open Day so we can worship it :D

Blimey Jeff, you are a sucker for punishment :!: :!:

They do look amazing though :D

I'm not sure I'll be following you example though - it's boring enough just putting the tracks together

Adrian.
