That's the spirit Phil, plenty of time anyway at present as not going anywhere :-)

Hi Kevin,

Thank you but I'm not worried, the bits we do tend to sell over time rather than in one hit but very limited run stuff just doesn't warrant the time spent on making and moulding.

Hope everyone is keeping safe and adjusting to our current limitations.

Its been an odd day, although I have had plenty of time and nowhere to be I have just not managed to get going on anything.

I know just how you feel Dave, all this virus shit makes you feel a bit numb, I wonder if there will be any economy left after its done it's thing? I'm so glad I live where I do and have such good customers so I can basically get on with my builds as if nothing is wrong.
We must think of Armortek right now trying to do their best when all is falling apart around them! I'm sure it will be just fine it might take a year or so to get back to normal.

Hi All,

In between other "CI stuff" and trying to cast enough Cannon plugs to keep Phil off my case I am still slowly pushing forward on the Chieftain cupola bits.

Good set of Commanders sight pics arrived today, thank you Steve, so going to have a go at the whole thing as its quite noticeable just below the hatch coaming and will fit with the new parts.

Best regards,

Dave

Hi All,

Armed with references from Steve E and Stephen I set about another sheet of styrene tonight and came up with Sight, Periscope, AV, No.37 Mk.3 (top section). I've had to tweak the parts a little to fit the base cupola so its not 100% accurate but overall I'm reasonably happy with it.

Best regards

Dave

Looking Great Dave, will these be metal cast or resin?

Let me know when the cupola stuff is ready and the ration boxes too.

Hi All,

Mostly metal but the sight will definately be a resin casting. I can do full resin options sooner if people want them but I'm sure most will want metal.

Best regards
