I finished the front part. There is the leather seal between the engine compartment and bodywork with tensioning. All lights are lit.

I finished the electric system. The speed controllers, sound modul, smoke generator and all lights are functionally. I can see the end of a long phase.

Hello guys,

Thank you for the positive comments. It took more than 12 months.

Today I did the first run on the sand and grass. Everything works excellent, but I have a huge problem with turning of the front wheels. I used a large Hitec HS-5755MG 20 kg. Where the axle is lightweight, everything works fine. However, I gave it in a normal position servo has been unable to move wheels.
Does anyone advise me how to do it better or what type of the servo to use?

Many thanks

Michal

Hello everybody,

I was on the first exhibition with the Halftrack in Poprad in Slovakia. There were more than 20 tanks in a scale 1/6 and 1/8 and the one huge vehicle BVP-1 in 1/4 scale. I exhibited with my younger son only my Tiger, King Tiger, Halftrack, T34 and Kettenkrad with Zundap sidecar. I am sending a few photos from a very nice action.

Best regards
Michal

Great looking show, lots of people and nice set up for all types of RC. Looks like plenty of fun. You must have a big truck to bring so many models! Which by the way all look fantastic! :D Nice turn out of vehicles!
Thanks for posting,
Bob

Hello everybody,

My mother made the first prototype of canvas for my halftrack. The canvas is lying only in this moment. I have to make the fixing system. It will be similar as straps system. There will be 5 straps on each woods frame.

Have a nice weekend

Michal

I finished a new prototype of the canvas with the rear window. It is made from cotton textiles. The fixing system is made of the synthetic leather with the stainless steal buckels. Canvas is painted with the special colour for textiles.
