Hi. I'm back.

The galvanised look of the barbed wire was starting to bother me. I am at the moment babysitting the cats as wife is in London with daughter so bloody bored. Quick visit to the workshop and got the barbed wire and paints and brushes I last used on the Tiger tools.

Gave the barbed wire coil a dark wash with brush and left it 24 hours to dry. Next used a golden brown and dry brushed the coil to give it a rusty look.

Does not show well in the photo but it looks better than the bare galvanised look.
