Thanks again! Any chance that when you get to taking photos you might be able to sort of spill out all the strap on and clamp on parts and take one shot of them so we can see the detail level?

Are you taking it all apart to prime and paint or are you building first then painting

Antony,
Building it is not too bad. It fits together pretty well, there are a number of things which I have changed, such as replacing some fixings and the escape hatch I have done some machining on, and a few of the countersinks I have made a nats deeper, but nothing drastic.
I have machined out the back of the drivers visor so that I can glaze it, but everything I have done is personal choice.
The plan is to fit it together and find out what needed attention, then disassemble it and prime it. Then build and add any filler and welding marks and then put colour coat on.
