Peter,
Hope all is ok with your ticker (heart). Hetzer is looking great!
Best regards,
Bob
Hi Bob,
Thanks for your concern. All went well so far. Had my second surgery on Tuesday. Got to take some blod thinner for the next 18 months...
But that won´t keep me from building...
Cheers
Peter

As there is plenty of room, I installed the Famo battery for test purposes...
Battery sits beneath the speakers.
In a couple of days we´ll be heading to the testing grounds...

Curious to hear if you get distortion in the sound with Speakers so close to the engine deck roof, I found that on another build and had to get smaller speakers then install lower in the tank with clearance above the cones.

Hi Dave,
That´s a good question... But as mentioned, the Famo battery is only for testing. The ordered Hetzer battery will be smaller, thus the speakers will sitt lower. So I don´t think this will be an issue. But will let you know.
Cheers
Peter

While still waiting for the propper battery, JT and son made a quick trip to DK...
At first a little shy, thus under daddy´s supervision...
He soon found a new friend...
In the end, he got many more...
