It appears to me that the Armortek roadwheels uses the same bolt/nut dimensions on the inner and outer bolt circles. As far as i know the outer bolt/nuts are of a larger dimension than the inner circles on the original late Tiger 1. May i be so bold to ask whay this isn't corrected during manufacturing? One more tool change during cnc operation, and we're good to go

The holes are drilled as clearance for M2.5. If you choose, you can go all the way down to M1.6 nuts on the inner ring.
We generally try not to provide anything below M2.5 as the parts become very small and hard to assemble.

Experience tells me it's best not to use M 1,6 nuts on the same surface on which you've just enjoyed a sesame seed roll...

We have been asked a few times in the last week about M2.5 hex heads - so thought it was worth bumping this information up.
We still have limited stock of these fasteners, so if you are interested then contact us.
Note that these fasteners will shear if over tightened.
M2.5 x 12 HEX HEAD - Price (excluding VAT and shipping) - £0.12 each
M2.5 x 16 HEX HEAD - Price (excluding VAT and shipping) - £0.15 each
M2.5 x 32 HEX HEAD - Price (excluding VAT and shipping) - £0.20 each - Note - only the last 10mm will be threaded.
Minimum order quantity is 200 pieces of any one type.
Shipping will be by normal mail to keep the costs down - or if you have another order in the pipeline we can include the fasteners with that order.
