Hi Stephen Chris.
Through you mite like this it's just post cambrai the first tank on tank sadly the header is missing I could not fit it in to large to upload.
The original painting hung in the dining room officers mess 1RTR.
I can only assume it is still with the regiment.
I will be sending this print to Monique tor the factory so all can see when we have the next open day.

Nice to see this picture again Steve, thanks for posting.

It’s been on the forum before, Stephen has a print and shared it as it was pertinent to my Mk IV build. The subject is Mk IV no. 4066 on 24th April 1918 during, as you say, the first tank on tank action. The tank was commanded by a Lt Francis (Frank) Mitchell, who was born here in Guernsey.

One of these days I will finish my model..... :oops:

Indeed. It's almost impossible to photograph in my workshop because of the light reflections on the glass but I've had a go at removing the worst reflections in Photoshop. All the best.

Thank you both for the info I must have missed it first time or just getting old and forgot lol.
Your probably the same as me Kevin long slow build doing it as and when you get a bit of spare time.
