Very cool machines. You can do a lot with those! I'm anxious to see what you make with them. I've been eyeing that little Proxxon mill myself. Would be super nice for small little detail parts. I have a high RPM pillar drill, for drilling small holes in brass, but it has no X-Y positioning capability. Its tough to position small little fiddly brass parts by hand for drilling. That's where that little mill would be handy.
Love your shop set up. Looks like Man Cave Heaven!
Best regards,
Bob

The little proxxon is not bad. I was using it as a pillar drill. Very easy to make 1.2 mm holes perfectly straight with no broken drill bits. I have also milled out shapes in 3mm brass. Cuts well but maximum 3.2mm.
Looking forward to trying the WM 16 mill. Waiting for some tools to arrive. I have also ordered some DRO components to fit myself.
I want to do a re arrangement of workspace. Something to think about while waiting for accessories.

Well spotted Jeff. Close to 1/6 scale Stuka. It might fly someday. I need to build a canopy, fit fuel tank and connect the servos. Another retirement project.
Learning from scratch with machinery. I have a couple of small projects to get me started. Tried the lathe already. Impressed with finish achievable.

Beautiful workshop in the making John, If your a novice then set yourself the odd easy project and learn the basics first and think of me with my hacksaw and files

A packet of cigarette papers and a hide mallet are two very useful additions especially with the mill.
