Looking great Simon. I like the mods you did to the road wheels. One of my favorite Armortek vehicles.

Best regards,
Bob

Thanks Dave but i cannot claim any credit for it's construction, The Waltham Abbey Wizard came to the Rescue. Here's a couple of picture's of the rear section made by Michael Matata, another wizard of model building.

Thanks Fabian, hope all is well with you. i have started adding detail to the side panels, there were different rivet patterns on the sdkfz 7 depending on who made it , where and in what year, i chose the 1937 Krauss Maffei version from the jentz and doyle book, this version has all the goodies on, extra lights!. I think to do all this detail is best with the sides off, including the tricky side bead, rubbing strip, regards simon.

I have now soldered inner and outer gaurd rail and shaped to a round, on one side, This is a very time consuming process, shaping, cleaning up, o.k. for you steam enthusiats, walk in the park, but it is a challenge to make it all fit nice, it is a big feature of the vehicle, you can see both sides.
I am more prepared to tackle the second side and all the tools are ready. all for now on a very sad week on this forum, regards simon.

I'll bet you will do the second side in half the time. Happens all the time to me.

Thanks Robert for the input, i have been working on the rear stowage basket, (Frame) altering the kit part to as close as possible as the real item.
Lot's to add and i am only half way through a tricky little part, i seem to have had the soldering irons out for weeks now.
i have also done some work on the mudguards, rivet detail and blending in the ends, curved pieces, all for now regards simon.
