This is why i am going to model my mid production Tiger after one of the few early ones without zimmerit. It is so hard to get right. I just think it does not scale well. But then again I hate the look of it on photos of real Tigers as well. It ruins the clean lines.
A few people seem to have the, ability to do it well, I know I would get tired of looking at it.

Hey Greg, I know how you feel! I have no choice except to embrace the zim. Honestly it grows on you though.

The zimmeritt is looking good. It was also suggested to me to add PVA glue to the jointing adhesive.
