Sunday looks OK? Saturday looks like test match. Personally, I blame Glastonbury, they always order wet wx. See you there. Stephen

Adrian, As it is going to be warm and wet, flip flops should be fine.
Rain or shine I shall be wearing my Keen Sandals as they can be easily, along with my feet, washed off.
None the less I hoping the weather will be better than predicted for everyone's sake! :D

Just back from an excellent weekend at Tankfest. Despite the threats of heavy rain it stayed dry all of Saturday and held off just until it was time to pack up and take down the tents!

We had a great pitch with lots of running room and even a mock WW1 trench carefully crafted out of a pile of mud by Mark!

We had a great group of Armortek customers with us and thank you very much to all of you for your support and company, and particularly for staying and helping us pack up despite the rain.

It was good to meet some new customers who came along and said hello and indeed some 'old' customers that we had not seen for a long time.

We sold the last of the first 25 Pdr Field Guns, but don't worry if you missed out as another batch just needs packing and will be ready in a few weeks time.

I am sure others will have more pictures to share but here are a couple from each day.

It was another great tankfest weekend. Although we just attended the Saturday it was a good turn out. Weather held out again. A big thank you to Gill and Mark for a a fantastic stand and a big thank you to those who helped over the weekend.

Sunday was a great day out, at least until the heavens opened and we all got wet. Thanks to Gill and Mark for everything, the pitch was superb and attracted a lot of visitors, especially those bored with the real thing. Thanks too to Denny, for "Denny's Bouncy Castle" which kept us all dry. Great too to meet the team from Germany, who had travelled all the way from Bayern.

Unusual to see Vietnam War re-enactors - the detail was astonishing, down to period food packages (must be past their Best By dates..)

And then it rained, not much...

Sorry to miss Saturday, (Steve, Glastonbury was a blast). Regards to all. Stephen
