Hello Stephen,

thank you :!:
There is a wide range of work( just the normal rework I think) on the KIT content, plus my individual changes and add on's. That is what makes the fun on the build, isn't it ?

Today I've finished vs. added again some bits and pieces on the recoil tube and breechblock and I'm happy for now with the result ..
The quite little insert on the "Spanner" blocker has been flown away three time, so I'm fed up for now and it is time to go for some bigger parts of the Flak

Cheers,

Uwe

Hello and thanks to all interested in my build :) :D

Made a bit of progress and finished so far the cruziform.
For now the cruziform is just as it is out of the KIT to get the fit & functions along..
With some "obstacles" I managed finally to get the gun on the base and the leveling working smoothly
A million treads made ok, I found the only one helicoil insert
Maybe I should play Lotterie

cheers so far,

Uwe

Hi Paul,

I'm getting really curious to see your fantastic Flak in real ! 8)
So many great details on it, wow :!:

Don't worry about your "electric connector", its original just the power air connector for the boogie power brakes   Just kidding
The connector looks great allready 8)

cheers ,

Uwe

still busy with the cleaning up and preparations on all the cast parts for the next steps. Not much time left at the moment for the FLAK :(

I've had a look at the "Trilex" wheel components and had to do "some" corrections

Today I've finshed at least the first step, centering and shape corrections on the inner stars.
Next step to get the surface mods blasted to align the appearance :)

cheers so far,

Uwe

Hello Tim,

thanks a lot :D :!:

In between business and family demands I made at least some progress on the Trilex Wheels.
The blasting op has to wait a bit, so I made some other mods on the "wheels-story".
Up 'till now I'm quite happy with the results and can finalize it once the missing bits and pieces are in place  Anybody an idea what will be realized

Attached are some pics of the progress so far,

cheers,

Uwe

Hi Uwe,

Looking really nice now 8) Did you have to move the main spindle hole :?: or have you been lucky and the housing just spins round :)

Not had time to do anything on mine this week, too much to do at work

Paul.

Some small progress on the base.

I couldn't find ready ones so I made the thicker washers and nuts myself.
Busy with the bolts for the movable cruciform legs and some shaping on the small bits and pieces for the cruciform..

Hi Paul :)

it took a bit more than just spinning around, but it's not that complicate

cheers ,

Uwe
