Hi Fellas.
Running the tanks at Leighton Hall this Sunday... will everyone who is coming please mail me tonight pjtigerman@aol.com so that i can let them know how many to expect. Please remember no earlier than 10.30 a.m.! hope the weather is kind to us. Antony, Paul and Richie no need to mail as i know you are coming.
When you go down the drive to the hall just befor the main gates to the front of the house there is a small side road to your right, turn down there drive through the paddock and park the other side of the gate i will be there to show you.

Hi again.
Just another thought when you mail me regards numbers could you let me know what frequency you will all be using? i am new to this running in numbers so if anyone has any good ideas :idea: or a large collection of crystals lol lol let me know.

Hi Paul,

Oh Bugger, good job you mentioned that :oops: , mine is on 40, 665 Mhz Tx 50, but if everyone else is different this won’t matter me thinks :? , we will have to have differen channels then log who has what, you can get crystals from eBay, or see if Andy at Lancaster models can help. If not we will have to take it in turns for this time :P .

Sods law that as i have 40.665 in my tank as well, I also have a spare set of 40.685 (52) crystals so i will fit them for Sunday.

Hi Steve and Paul,

You won't believe this but I have 2 sets of crystals 40 665 & 40 685 :roll: . I will go to my local model shop to see if they have got any other crystals.

Just been to my local model shop to buy some new Sanwa crystals.

The full list is as follows so far:

Antony - King Tiger on 40 775
Steve - Panther on 40 675
Paul Wills - Tiger I on 40 665
Paul Morris - Tiger I on 40 685
Vincent - Tiger I on 40 935
Richie - Tiger I on 40 810
Richie - Stuart on 40 685

sorry late replying, my tiger is on 81tx 40.810. Also my stuart is on 40.685.
Very sorry but I only have 2 sets of crystlas.
Let me know if these will cause a problem.

had a good day, nice to meet every one, nice tanks :P

stuart now fixed, lose grub screw on one of the gears, thank god. now fixed :P

also 2 broken links on the tiger, dam stones :cry: good job i need to take some out :) still cant get over how much they have stretched :shock: :shock: thanks again.

1st Running day at Leighton Hall

Hi Fellas.
Well we had our first running day today and the weather smiled on us.[Imageimg][/img] Thank you all who came to join in,it was great to meet up and put faces to names :) a big thanks to Richie's tool box lol.
The next meeting is on Sunday the 27th two weeks time, hope to see you all again and perhaps a few more faces now we have found our feet and sorted parking out etc.

Hi Paul,

You’ve done a good job organising this first meeting for us all and securing this as our running ground :D , also thanks to Richie for saving my back with his ramps :oops: . It was really nice meet everyone, can’t wait until the 27th, I will remember to bring a stock of fuse’s next time :lol: , trust me to forget to insulate one of the connectors :shock: , won’t do that again!

Richie, will do, maybe on her next shopping trip :roll: !!!!

My thanks to Paul Morris as well for organising the running ground.
