Hi Mike

Glad you like it (after being shocked!). Yes the gallery is much more user friendly, however we have a short term problem at the moment sorting out registrations, this is being worked on and all should be sorted soon. For the moment it would be helpful if everyone could wait until I put another post on to say all is sorted before applying for gallery registration.

Many thanks
Gill

Patrick,
To get the avatar in you need to link to an Offsite URL in your profile, it should upload OK then.

Gill, understood, I'll keep breathing for the moment. :)

Mike,
Yes that is what we used to do, but I understand that we can download from our PCs now?

Patrick,
Apparently so, but I haven't tried that, I'm sticking to the old method for now.

Mike,
I have also now resorted to the old method, but it keeps coming up " The URL of the remote avatar is not valid " or it must be jpg. gif. or png which it is and it is smaller than specified :?

I could only get my avatar to work if I used the off-site link method. Strange.

I also seem not to be able to get an image/link for my signature in (bbcode).
But I hope we're not all bombarding Armortek with too many bugs---I know they are working hard to get it just right.
thanks
John
