Hi Paul,
Sorry should have been on this case a bit earlier.Anyway as a gardener I can recomend a plant called box.This is a dwarf hedging plant (used in the big estate gardens to form 'knot gardens',they make shapes out of it.)If you buy one from a garden centre ,prune it to get your foliage,then dip the prunings in yacht varnish to preserve the green colour,then dry and use.They will fall to bits eventually,but just keep pruning your bush.It is easy to take cuttings to increase your stock.I have got a few going in pots,so if you remind me,next time I see you I'll bring some up. They are probably best entwined in some camo netting,for best effect.Good luck and happy gardening mate.
