Hello Yves,

She is coming together fast my friend 8) One thing I thought I should point out though, if you are going to put the track hangers on the turret, make sure you fit the track pin holders before you bolt up the turret side, you will never get them in after. as you will see, the bolt from inside and the turret floor gets in the way :( .

turret track holders

Post by yves mouton »

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the info, my turret is already bolt together and the holes are filled up. Maybe there is another solution for putting the
track holders on, i will find it out or else i got to take the turret appart.

turret track holders

Post by yves mouton »

Hi Paul,

After i send the last post, i found a solution for the lower track holders. I am gonna srew a M3 bolt in the track holder and drill a new hole with M3 thread, so i can screw it in from the outside.
Thanks anyway for the info.

See you at next openday?

Hi Yves,

Yes that will do it 8) are you hoping to have your King Tiger finished for the open day :?: I am not sure if I will be able to make the open day this year, but if I do manage to get down, I promise not to tell Sven any more jokes   Where is he, I haven't seen his name on here for a while :?:

Hello again Paul,

No my KT will not be ready on the openday, i want my tiger 1 ready for the openday, just have to plug in the electronics and animatronics, and some little details not so much work, but electronics are not my strongest point.

About Sven, we are going together to tankfest next week and to the Armortek openday, Sven is very busy now with his new hobby
photography ( his KT is on hold for the moment )

I have a question about the idler wheel, the inner and outher wheel
dont have any holes to put bolts in. How can you connect these to parts. With my tiger 1 are 5 ore 6 bolts that keep the to parts of the idler wheel together.
Thanks

regards Yves
