Hello Yves
Hope you are well. The Half track and the 88 are complicated pieces due to the accuracy of the vehicals. I havent got a Half track but i have a 88 with some detail see my web site Gallery to see the build.
Most of armortek customers Prefer the Tank rather than the soft skins.

Hi Lee!
Yes I know most of the builders prefer tanks ( what a pity!..) I like all the vehicules of the second world war ;as I 'm a diorama's builder I have almost all the 1/6 range of models of each marks since the re-issue of GI joe..
Of course , I like some models more than other ( ie: tiger ..) but this is the 1st time I have metals RC models to build..
Regarding to your fantastics picture of the 88, did you had any problems with screwing each parts of the canon?
Thanks Lee, I will certainly ask you more when I will start the 88...
Merry Christmas !

Hi Colin,
Nice work on your halftrack
, it looks like you have been on with it for a wile, my halftrack is slowly emerging, however, huge problems at work over the last 10 months have left me with very little time! Hopefully now I have changed all that, I should have some quality build time, and be able to keep the family happy as well!!
I agree with Dale that it would be nice to see your halftrack next to Vince’s, however I would add Jeff’s into that photo shoot, I think Jeff has done great work on his, in fact I think his has the most customisation on it!
Paul

Hi Paul
I think Vince and Jeff's are far ahead of any half track I've seen. I've been working on mine since mid February 2007. I found the kit first class and only had to carry out minor modifications to make the supplied components fit.
I was greatful in my early build to study the pictures published by Vince.
I also used the photo's published on the internet by Vince and also a site in the States, 'Toadman's Tank Pictures' of full size halftracks to get help on the finer detailing.
Good look in your build I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I have.
Colin
