Its a beautiful piece of detailing. I have the firing mechanism but have not used it, nor do I plan to - just appreciate gizmo's. Not to be a party pooper but what happens when a Tiger equipped with this is sold used to a second or third party? How do the new owners, or those who inherit it know to even consider this warning?
So why not make the part from metal anticipating the worst case scenario?
(I am not a lawyer, and do not even play one on television)

This product is so unbeliveable perfect i cant wait to get the the thing painted and onto the King.
Big thanks goes to Hugo for a superb support on some shipment problems i had.
He resolved it fast and Uberquick with a new muzzle, thats what i call ace support.
Thoose who have ordered the KT or Tiger muzzle will not be dissapointed......i have measured mine and i can say "Right on the mm"
Only thing as a minor minus is that its in resin

but hey you cant have it all:). To make this in metal would be loads of work and to costly i think.
Hope you all had a great x-mas

One thing to rectify:
The material used to build the complex parts of our products is
not resin, it is
ABSplus.
Resin is a material that is very sensible to changes of temperature, mainly it will change form and measurement when it heats.
Our ABSplus parts run through a tempering of several hours in a 70 degrees Celsius hot bath, so they are very resistant against temperature changes. No resin part will ever survive such a tempering.
Furthermore resin changes its durability over time, after some years resin will become brittle.
ABSplus parts change never their measurement, become never brittle, are durable as metal parts.
Resin is a very cheap material, only good in a technical sense for quickly manufacturing cheap parts with a bad fit, strong tendency to deform and no long durability. It's in no way the right material for high class expensive scale models operating outdoor.
ABSplus parts are made from a hightech material in very expensive 3D printers with high class measurements. To our knowledge some parts made of ABSplus are in use by the US Army.
With ABSplus and 3D printing technique we have the ability to manufacture very complex parts in never seen before detailing and measurement.
It is simply not correct to characterize ABSplus parts as "resin".

Hugo;
I have used cheap resins in the past that performed exactly as you just outlined. As the old adage goes, "you get what you pay for". BJB Enterprises of Tustin, California has been supplying the Hollywood movie industry for decades now and their resin products are excellent.
They are not definilty NOT inexpensive. In addition, they have resin products that can be heat cured and can take a pounding with a hammer. I have used their resins to make parts that had to be engineered to take extreme temperatures such as the heat from a full-auto firearm after 1000 rounds. As a result, I have never had a part fail because of temperature or durability. They can even engineer a resin based on your performance specifications, which is exactly what they have done for me.
A resin's performance is simply based on what you want to spend.
Best regards;
Lucien

Received my Tiger muzzle brakes from Hugo this morning. My those 8.8cm muzzles are big compared to the 7.5cm Panther!
Incredible parts! Highly recommended for those who like accuracy. Well done Hugo keep up the great work!!

Got my small, late muzzle today and wow!
Can only echo other and say this is an awesome aftermarket item.
Can’t recommend it enough even if cost a bit.
The kit muzzle can never come up to this level of accuracy even with tons of patience and more tools then a Dremel...
Had my with the M22 adaptor thread and it fit like a glove.
Thanks Hugo for making this for us wanting a high level of accuracy.

Hi all,
I knew this maybe too late : Is this beautiful after-market product still available on the market, from Hugo or anybody who doesn't need it anymore?
