Hi Roland,

Great and inspirational work there. Now I´m waiting for a working scale model of a Maybach for your Tiger.

"SuperToll" ist the word.

Thank you all for your friendly comments. I feel very happy these days. The jack is now rivetted. First lift on the rear Tiger corner was easy. When I released the handle, it turned back very rapid by the weight of the Tiger. OK the locking claw is not in place yet and will stop the handle next time.
One full turn of the handle wil give a lift of 3,5 mm. The weight of the jack is now 236 g. Still growing.

I have done similar but without a double set of gears.

and also the description in Panzer 4, "Jack by Graham"

Hi Graham,

yes a very nice one yours. What version is it. It looks like a 20 t one and a later version as well. Recognisable from the parted gear box half for maintenance. This is still the way they built the jacks today by PFAFF.

You are very firm in using you machine equipment. I can see it from your various works in your Gallery. Keep it going.

Done the next steps on my jack. Most time consuming was the head. The handle was easy. The locking arrangement difficult because of its small size.

That's a superb piece of miniature engineering Roland :D

It would be probably be a good idea to include your fingers in the next photos as it is hard to believe that it is only 1/6th scale

Thank you Adrian. A good idea to show my hand in the photo next time. Not too long the trapez foot is ready to silver solder in place.

Hi Paul, long time no speak. Any way, thank you. Showing my jack in the forum was bit of an argument regarding your comments on precise scaling. At least you can understand my ambition.

Best regards - Roland

Really cool jack Roland, thanks for sharing the photos. I agree a coin or hand in the photo to show true scale would be neat. Really great work! You are a master.

Hi Adrian & Robert,

and here is what you have proposed. Not completly ready but very close. The missing parts are in production and will soon complete the jack.
