Completed the turret hatches ,made the pistol ports and interior detail, also
mike standards rain gutters
completed and fitted the left side schurtzen .The tank is starting to take shape now
and looking like the model in the book ,in my earlier posts
Next started on the turret bin , using Stephen whites method and template constructed
the rough shape of the bin with Steve winstones lid , next I will disassemble the bin
and use them the templates to mark out the brass sheet , the next challenge after making the pieces ,is to solder it all together

After several attempts I gave up trying to solder the turret bin and decided to
modify the original armortek bin with brass sheet and milliput, the end result doesn't
Look to bad just the lid to fit and the rivets to fit around the edge

Congratulations! You've got a really excellent result!
I had decided to try the same way, but then I gave up .... focusing on something completely new!
Way to go!

Next ,work on the cupola ,removed all the machining marks and roughed up the surface with
a dermal , drilled the drain holes.
replaced the hatches with the armorpax version ,this looks much better also the vision port covers from John Fitzsimmons These look excellent and really make a difference to the look
of the cupola
