thanks tim, i;ve started on the turret to get some idea of color and shade, i will go back to the rear deck to finish off and perhaps darken it down a little, thanks for looking simon.

great to get some input, i hope the posts drum up some interest, i have started on the mantlet and more painting on the turret, i keep walking away to refresh my eyes and then going back to take another look to what looks right and wrong, some metal work perhaps to take a break from painting. regards simon

Unbelievable! Wow that looks real.Your zimmerit looks awesome!

It is usually not my style to point things out on other peoples builds that may want to be corrected but the coax MG hole on the supplied gun mantle is in the incorrect spot. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you with that incredible paint job already applied. The hole is low and a bit too far to the center(if I remember correctly).
