Hi David,
I should bring it to a show some time. I’ve been outside the UK for some years but hopefully can participate a bit more now. Until someone perfects barrel and turret stabilisation I’ll stick to older generations of tanks.

Re: Next Armortek model to be announced
I've seen that Maus in the flesh, I wonder who in the UK has this? it disappeared many years back.
Maybe this too was blown up.
I've owned a couple of hevaly modified 1/4 scale tanks in the past, the largest being a king tiger, Interestingly both tiger and King Tiger would fit in my VW touran (not at the same time) but could be transported about.
Cheers

]How about the rare SdKfz 8 DB10 artillery tractor? Would make an excellent addition to the 88. Not knowing how the manufacturing process works at Armortek, but I'm guessing that most of the running gear patterns already exist with the Famo?

Re: Next Armortek model to be announced
Hello everyone,
I am a newcomer in the field of model aircraft construction and have now ordered an ARMORTEK Leopard 2A4.
I have no experience in tank model building and hope to get feedback on my questions here.
1, when do I paint which parts and do I have to prime everything beforehand or paint it straight away?
2, where can I find literature about the respective coloring of the Leopard.
3, which parts need to be greased
4, which parts of the tank have to be filled
5, what do I have to pay special attention to when assembling?
Many thanks in advance

Well Oliver, my first and best piece of advice is to ask questions at the correct place on the forum!Oliver Bergmüller wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:57 pmHello everyone,

The forum is divided per model, so the Leopard 2A4 section sounds appropriate.Oliver Bergmüller wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2024 3:37 pmHallo Marco,

Hallo Oliver, ich habe dir eine PM geschrieben. Gruß Peter
Lord, give me strength to change the things I am able to change.... and patience to endure the things I can not change
A bunch of Tiger and Panther variants, Leo II, Famo, 222s, a few 88`s and smaler ones like Hetzer, Stug III, 251, etc.
