Re: David grays Panzer 111 build
Thanks for your comments Simon, more work on the turret lots of filling of gaps and screw heads
chased out the weld lines with a 4" grinder and slitting disc and added milliput welds
With the kind help of Steven white , the next thing is to attempt the turret bin

Hi David,
I know I have not commented on your Panzer III build before, but followed your progress since you first started out on it.
I must say what a wonderful amazing stuff going on in your builds, lot's of good details, superb.
Giving me inspiration to get on with my own PzIII kit and hopefully download some of my own pics someday?
Keep your pics coming
Cheers
Ian

Re: David grays Panzer 111 build
Great job, David.
The excellent smoke grenade launchers of Steve had bewitched me too ... then I change setting of the tank and unfortunately have become more necessary.
If I can afford to give you some advice, the commander's cupola would require a little 'working to make it more "faithful" to the original , widening the hole a bit, and by thinning the thickness of the air, which can be solved if you the availability of a lathe.

I would add at least the holes for drainage of rain.

On the basis of the cannon welds should not reach up to the front, and the front should be "blunt".
I know that many jobs are required, but the turret will always be in sight and deserves all the attention on a tank of this beauty!
Good job!
