well done vince, it's not easy from start to finish, you need to adjust to the size and the amount you can achieve, she's now ready for a light coat of weathering for the icing on the cake, Great achievement. regards simon manning.

Thanks Brian, Mark and Simon.
I know zilch about weathering so I thought it best to leave it as it is and maybe in the future try something. Knowing me, especially if I have started another project, nothing will happen.

Hi Vince,
Congratulations on a job well done, l have really enjoyed following your build and it has been very inspiring for me to get on with own tiger build.
On to your next project until the tiger calls you back to have a tinker with it.
Regards David

Yesterday I realised that I haven't done a video of my finished Tiger 1.

Don't have where to run it so it's all in the workshop. Enjoy.

After drawing so many parts for Phil's Chieftain I thought that maybe it's time to draw something for my Tiger.
Many times I see Panzers with a bucket hanging usually at the back. I always wanted one for my Tiger but never managed to find from where people buy them. So today I took one of the galvanized buckets we have in the yard and drew one in 1/6 scale.
For the handle I will eventually use a thin copper or brass wire. When I eventually get myself a liquid resin printer I hopefully will be able to make one of those famous buckets that people either hate or love.

Hi Vince
Blackgates model engineering supplies in the UK sell galvanized metal buckets in the size you need to hang on the tank I got a 2 inch one .
Hope that helps.

Thanks Derek for that info. Downloaded the pdf catalogue and made a search for bucket and then galvanized but unfortunately no results were found for both searches. I guess they don't make them anymore.
