That print looks like it's half way through. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Fantastic work Phil, but won't all this engine detail stuff muffle the sound? :?

Not with that sound system john! 8)
I have thought about it and that's one reason I installed what i did, the Armortek sound system is very powerful and comes with a warning that it will damage the speakers if set to high for extended periods, so there's plenty of scope for a more powerful speaker if it's selected correctly. Failing that I will add another amp. 8)

Vince the sterling came out sterling! 8) how do you fancy cading a slice of the gearbox top section, the exhaust expansion box and pipes? Now that would be awesome?
The exhaust pipes have the flexi sections in them to.

That's good to hear. Yesterday I sent you a stl file which had the stock (folded closed) included.

Maybe Stephen has a better drawing of the gearbox.

I think even Stephen will be stumped with this request! 8) I've got a 1/35 model of it but it's in Italy with Ivano .

In the radiator, this handle must be outside the engine, in this case the left side of the tank

Thanks Ivano.
The little engine and gearbox is on its way back to me so we will have all the measurements that we need very soon. 8)
Been so busy my neck and back are killing me but I'm pleased with progress.

I post on Phill's VIP because it is the most popular and I need a quick response.
I'm preparing the engine molds, do you prefer the bolts to be molded or do you prefer to put them in metal? When everything is painted you don't see the difference. Thank Ivano

Hi Phil

Seems you have two urgent requests. One from Ivano and now one from me.

Finished the drawing for the generator silencer as per your drawing. The two brackets seem too long but I guess you can cut them to your requirement. Do you want the stl file with the brackets attached to the body of the silencer?

Molded bolts, less work for those who buy the engine. Those who want real ones, made of metal, only remove the resin ones and replace them.

Ivano, yes molded is fine although the little bolts do look good in metal as they clean back nicely during wearthering .

Vince separate please if you will! It looks really nice. The exhaust looks to be away from the panniers sides on standoff brackets, if they are separate I can cut or print shorter.

Just been for a covid 19 swab test, just to be sure I haven't already had it!
