Couldn't resist to find out what could be underneath the Blanket..
Sudying the form, lengths and so on.
Everything that i came along couldn't match it.
Bin thru the first and second World War, Post and other wars...
Modern & Older...
Nothing seems to fit... And I can assure you there is a lot even what i have never seen before, so i'm very curious what is going to be revealed...
Regards
Sven
Yes I will stick with my first thought

After 4 tins of Magniers Pear Cider in the sun on my patio last night, reading about the Centurian and looking how low it was,and then studying my Tankfest 2009 dvd I narrowed it down to the
Leopard
Centurian MK7
Challenger
So in more detail I'm sticking with the Leopard 1A1A2 at Bovington
Cheers

My guess is a universal Panther lower hull and a choice of Panther, Jagdpanther or Bergpanther upper hulls.
Do i win !

Please forget all my previous speculation.
This is Kent’s guess in the competition:
I think it will be a BergePanther Ausf A (the early A with the letterbox MG slit)
As an option as the Porsche turret was on the KT a "normal" Ausf A deck + turret will be available to those wanting to build an Ausf A (or D) Panther.
If I am wrong this might be a good suggestion for a future release...

Well, I think I came closest
Is there a price for the closest guess?
I guess there going be a lot of Panther tank on the forum from now on...
Not only me posting on the Panther chapter as it right now.
Cheers

Unless I have missed another post somewhere this is the first correct reference to which direction the new product was going.

Bergepanther Ausf G
Astounded to say the least. Delighted too! With everything visible forward from the engine firewall, it will keep Mr Dibb and others very busy.
I think the "Chassis, plus Variants" business model is very clever step. It leverages the existing CAD datebase, the considerable build experience of the customer base and availability of superdetailing parts. Clearly every permutation of every vehicle is not going to happen, but three of the best known variants of PzIII, PzIV, Sherman and, as a new model, T34, would keep a lot of people very happy. However it surely will be very dependant on the numbers ordered.
As for the BP, would like to see more details before I bang in my order. Can we see the rear deck and spade, please?
cheers, Fabrice

Hi Fabrice
Loads more details to come. We will show you illustrations of the winch, jib crane and spade in their various positions. We will also give you more details of the twin torsion bar setup. We will be offering an upgrade pack on the torsion bars for existing G and Jagd owners. It is a bit hectic here at the moment so we don't anticipate being able to get much more done before Tankfest. There is a lot of work in producing the illustrations for all of this, so please be patient with us.

Hi Mark
It is so great that you can offer to upgrade the dual torsion bar for exiting panther and jagdpanther.
