Post by Armortek »

Please be aware that Pershing kit no 22 and it’s related option packs is now subject to legal action.

If you are approached to purchase/ acquire it we would encourage you not to, and to report the matter to us.

It might be safer to pin this to the “For Sale and Wanted” part of the Forum, where it’s more likely to be noticed ….

I suspect that everyone needs to be quiet.

But I will say that I've never dealt with more honorable and upstanding folks than the folks at Armortek. So whatever is going on, I can't imagine it's not false-accusations or frivolous BS.

We worked together on the licencing for the RR Armored Car. And if there was ever anyone who wanted the legal I's dotted and T's Crossed, it was the Armoretek team. We made it ''under the wire' so could use the RR name. But it was a real challenge. But EVERY detail was looked after by Armortek and the RR'/BMW/Legal team was fantastic through the whole process and at the 11th hour and saw the value of our community. But it was... challenging at times.

Whatever is going on... methinks it is not because of something that the Winchester folks did wrong!

Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!

As I understand it, this is only about the No 22 and not all models of the AT Pershing.
Probably a theft or something similar of this special kit.
If I am offered a corresponding model with the No. 22, I will contact you immediately.

Merry Christmas to you all.

Cheers
Florian
