Famo help

Post by yves mouton »

Hello,

I have a little problem to fix part nr CSO 607 to the frame.
Beacause i put first the motors into the frame ( i think everyone did this first ) i can not have access the the nuts to secure part CSO 607

Image
So my question is, do i have to take out one motor or can i take a little cut into the frame to have easy access to fix the nuts?

Image
The small cut will not weaken the frame i think?

Best regards Yves

Hello Yves,

I don't have a Famo bit i personally would never cut into the frame.
It will always affect the strength.

Hi Yves,

I think your position for this part is wrong.
In the hole I think are threads, so you turn the screws from outside in...

Thanks for the help,
Problem solved, i thought there have to be M4 nut on the other side because my holes hat no thread.

Hello,

There is a little space in the house driving, there are 2 bearings on the axeldrive.
My question is do you have to put a copper bush also on the outside of the drive house?
Or stay this open? There is no bush in the manuel.
