One question: Did you make the Fire Extinguisher Tetra and the bracket yourself?

Hi Robert,
as already written in the mail: thanks for the nice words.
Here comes the next step: priming the mud guards, test fit of the final drive housing and begin to mount the casted drive wheels with the steel sprocket rings. The new challenge is to find a mount that works without a taper lock bush.

After making a drawing for the flange to hold the sprocket wheel, i tested the design - very good so far.
There are also some modifications on the final drive housings.

Here come a very small update from the Loctited ball bearings onto the shaft and the modified final drive housings.

After a very long time, the time has finally come with a new update.
The final drive housing got a small laser cutted sheet inside the housing, because there was a gap so you could see the gear from the out side.
Now it is closed and no dirt can get in.

I did more or less the same thing to my P1V before it went to a better owner who could handle the weight.
(see gearbox modification in P1V section)
The whole model was made to Armortek plans and I really enjoyed making it.

Hi Bob, Graham and Robert,
thanks for the nice words. Here are the next level of details from the bump stops. Ordered brass plates from a laser cutter, milled the origin bump stops from Armortek and soldered pins into the plates. After this i glued the plates into the holes on the sides. Make some welding seams and glued on a fake screw for the rubber - will follow after painting.
