On the silver modules that pre-date the current red modules there was a 24V output that could be switched on and off by remote control. I use that 24V output to power the convoy and Bosch light on my Tiger 1.
Could it be that this type of output still exists on the red modules?

I don't believe the current red modules have a spare output. It would be much easier to do it with a simple RC switch.

The Pershing will have a Light Option pack. This will be similar to the Sherman EZ8 light pack and will consist of 2 white front lights and 2 red rear lights.

Step 18 HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY. The directions say to loctite all the parts together.
So I should refrain from assembling the headlight assemblies until I get the option pack?

Yes, if you want to fit the lights at a later stage, the front and rear lights will require disassembly.Nick Chiocchio wrote: ↑Tue Apr 25, 2023 11:49 pmStep 18 HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY. The directions say to loctite all the parts together.

In addition the through hole for the rear light will need drilling through due to the interference of the rear plate. We will let people know at the time of ordering the light pack as this is an unexpected issue.

Ray,
Are you using the UPOL Acid #8 Etch Primer 13 oz spray can # 0741V ? I ask because the mfr shows various versions of the primer.
Thank you,
Jim

Yes, I was using Acid Etch #8. Many Cans! About 8 or 9. I primed all parts before assembly.
