We are very pleased to confirm that we will be at TankFest again this year.
The museum have generously given us a large running area right next to the main entrance on the grass. Details will be sent to the attendees closer to the time.

We still have space available for Sunday, so if you would like to attend, please get in touch with us.

How many are we short ? And what’s the target attendance figure ?
We would like to have 15 models in the running area - otherwise the tumble weeds will start blowing through.
Currently we are at around 11 on Friday and Sat and only 4 on Sunday.
Kian I can supply all the tumbleweed you need! Have plenty to spare here on the range!

It's been hard work but we've pretty much restored the conditions which we enjoyed at TankFest a few years ago. No more car parks or remote locations and no more postage stamp running areas. TankFest has had its trials over the Covid years but this year promises to restore some of the pleasures of the Armortek community gathering. So for a feast of nostalgia, I'll run a few of the TankFest videos my Tank Builders YouTube channel has made over the years, starting with 2016, starring the Mk IV tank.

Looks like fun. Has anyone ever flown their tank on passenger jet?

I have got tickets for the Saturday show for myself and two granddaughters and just cannot wait to get to see in the flesh all those fabulous tanks that you skill full people build. I’ll take as many pics as I can especially of any KT,s if that is allowed.

Mick -

You’re always welcome to take photos (how could we stop you ? :D ). But make sure you introduce yourself and stop for a chat - you might even be offered a test drive !

All the best,

Chris

Just to clarify for anyone who hasn’t been to TankFest, if you bring your ARMORTEK model to exhibit, no need to buy a ticket, it’ll be provided, as long as you book in beforehand.

Hi Michael,

I plan on bringing my KT and one of my Panthers over, thus you may take as many pics as you like. Just in case you like my build.

Cheers
