Hopefully, the Armortek team take note of what is being said in these forums and take appropriate action. It would be simple enough to update a set of online instructions that could benefit people going forward. Some people may not buy a kit for a considerable time or, as in my case buy it but have to wait a fair while for time to actually get started. I can't see a reason not to publish the instructions and update them over time in light of experience.
Hi Sean
To be honest the track Direction was completely on me at the front of the manual there are drawing of all sides of the panther showing track Direction..
And the split pin length thinking about it now I should have used a bit of common sense you have to trim them or they will foul the links.
I think I naively thought that you pretty much just bolt it together job done.
That's why I mentioned being a newbie in hope to get help and advice and it's working out perfectly.
And all the help I get can be passed on to other people to them.
I Don't want to come across negatively and sorry if I do
I am absolutely over the moon with having an Armortek it's a very exclusive club.
And I absolutely do not want to come across knocking Armortek as not being any good quite the opposite they are a bespoke marvel of engineering That needs Tweaking to get the best from it.
Hope you can get on to your build soon be nice to see other builds.
Cheers
Gary
