A dilemma

Hi all JT builders:

I have a question : Should the two long side armours be assembled with the chassis on the same time with :
(1) the the front deck and engine panel ?
(2) the front and back plates of the casemate?

If Yes , then it will be difficult to input motors , batteries , receiver , servos , option modules, etc. later on.

If No , then it'll also be difficult to lock them together later on :
For (1), both front deck and engine panel can't be simply dropped in, as the side armours are slop inward.
For (2) , all joint edges are inter-locked.

This is my current status. What is the best way to avoid the dilemma?

I dry built everything until I knew it worked ( gun mainly as that’s the biggest challenge to get working correctly).
Once happy with fit I bolted the sides and front rear plates on.
I have modified the rear deck for easy removal and also the front deck is held by 2 screws, the top panel is held with magnets.
Once the panels are off I can do full maintenance on my tank ie stripped interior and motors out in an hour.
I designed the interior to be modular so comes out in parts through the rear deck, hard to explain.

Hi Chang,

At the stage your JT is, I would recommend the following order of assembly:
1: battery tray
2: Drive motors
3: CT0150
4: CT0151
5: fully assembled front deck
6: fully assembled rear deck.
