Why do I have a feeling that the outside diameter of that ring should be less?

While I think of it Vince the id could do with being adjusted as well to 1 mm bigger , then there's less to remove when fitting as it was a little tight.

The original diameters were ID=132mm and OD=175mm.
What do you want the new ones to be?

Luckily it was a simple model so going back and changing a couple of dimensions did not create problems.

Will be watching your headlamp adaptation with interest Phil - getting them from 18mm to 29/30mm? They’re a detail still missing on my Mk 11.
Keep up the great work

Hi Kevin, I may have to use my clear uv cured resin on the lenses and new turned ali bezels and bowls, there's always a way round such a problem, Mr Dawe is researching as we speak and has contacted the tank museum's archive facility as we want to get this right.

Whilst waiting for the Tank Museum to send Mr Dawe the relevant information regarding the head lights and the turret layout I've started to replicate the cast turret texture.
