The first trial of the high pressure smoker with the new air pump, fine tuning underway.
Ignore the room full of smoke as I had been running on full output for five minutes to clear the system, the goal is to have high pressure with just the right amount of smoke with that visible smoke pulse as if it were from a full size internal combustion engine. The close-up shows that pulsing but I'm not telling how I get that.

More wiring, weathering behind, around and on the exhausts.

- The new air pump is working well, it's a bit hit and miss when buying these unseen from the bay.

- I think we counted 14 individual lights or lamps that need to go in

- There's so much wiring to do as the boss wants each group of lights to be switched like the real thing, most of which switched from the drivers compartment

- That darker halo around the center joint is oil and will contribute to the overall weathering as it attracts natural detritus

Lots done, I'm enjoying it a lot. We have gotten around the Dragon figures being to large quandary......Mr Dawe has ordered a 5'5" driver figure from a guy that makes bespoke bods !

- Sub assembly, the keen eyed will notice that the clutch and brake pedals are now slightly closer together

- The shiny piece that will hold the drivers sticks is a part from another kit but had the width dimension of 60mm, so with a little machining it fits a treat

- Lots of equal angle for the seat frame

- The later seat was a tad simpler than the early examples

- The seat will slide on those lower rails

- It's so much easier and quicker to work on the sub assemblies when they can be removed

- The seat can slide forward so the really short arse drivers can reach the pedals, well it will when it's finished
