Thought I better install the motion pack to include a high pressure smoker before I start on the rear deck, low volume I might ad!

The boss would like an engine slice in here so I have to keep everything below the motors. I don't think we will get the radiators in the rear as there's just to much kit to fit in.

I've been busy printing the engine for the Cent, I really need to know where those exhausts need to go and the best way to do that is by attempting to slot a slice of the engine in there.
Does anyone know the make and model of the generator engine perchance? Has anyone found a 3d file on the net of that said engine?

The unwanted propeller drive casing should just mill off I hope. I've kept the infill to 25% in the hope it will all stay together when it's machined.

I've found some olive drab filament, I thought that would be a good base colour for the Cent detail parts and for the uc sprockets.

Nice 3d model, that's one of the two barrel assemblies, not cleaned up yet I might add.

A question for Stephen regarding the meteor engine, was it central in the hull or towards one side? The exhaust pipes seem to point towards a off centre installation.

Roger Stephen ! You can see from my false floor how much room or not you have to fit that beautiful engine you have. We have one of the motion modules under the engine, you would have maybe another 40mm or so if this space is kept clear.

Working on the false floor and milling the Merlin down to become a Meteor. I'm going to need all the ancillary parts from basically the crankcase top section upwards, these I will have to make by hand. In some ways an engine and engine bay slice is more difficult as there's nothing to hold the parts that are just floating.
Other parts required, Morris flat four engine/gen set, air cleaner bins, fuel tanks, heat exchanger and plumbing, lots and lots of plumbing.
This will focus the mind for sometime.
