Hi everybody,

I finished the idler wheel from alluminium. I was very difficult work. I tried to copy the original wheel from a museum. Ther eare lot of negatives details but now it is ready :D . Now I started to find the way to cast it. It will be more difficult.

Hello guys,

after very long time I am sending some progress on my prototype of sprocket wheel. it is one one my most complicated part. I will see about the finish effect.

Hello guys,

thank you for nice comments.

Finally I finished whole sprocket with all details. I chose the casting number of sprockets from PANZER III in Banska Bystrica museum. There is STUG III with nice details and it is perfect inspiration for me.
This sprocket have been my most complicated part and we will see about the progress for casting.

Hello guys,

I finnaly finished the casting. As I expected I was very difficult procces bud I was successful. The modl had 14 parts and It was the most difficult casting for me speccialy for all details. I finished some new covers for return wheels and running wheels. I am sending few photos of the progress.
